On Monday, June 11, GPAC hosted its annual Usher Appreciation Dinner in honor of all the volunteers whose hard work and dedication made the 2011-2012 season a tremendous success.

GPAC ushers provide an invaluable service, welcoming patrons to GPAC performances, assisting with ticketing and seating, and working together with the GPAC staff to make each performance run smoothly and efficiently. Throughout the 2011-2012 season, GPAC’s ushers collectively volunteered a total of more than 2975 hours.

In addition to door prizes and a delectable dinner provided by Elfo’s Restaurant, the evening featured a special presentation in which Jan Minderman was named GPAC’s 2012 Volunteer Usher of the Year and Charles and Ingeborg Clark were awarded the Spirit of Volunteering Award.
