Counting the carnival calories

Counting the carnival calories

Almost everyone has been to a fair or carnival and enjoyed the rides, the shows, the exhibits and especially, the food.

"Fair food" should have its own level on the food pyramid because there aren't many of us who haven't enjoyed cotton candy, candy apples, corn dogs, deep fried Twinkies or funnel cakes as a child...But as an adult many of us think twice about those carnival calories.

Our nation as a whole is concerned with eating better and maintaining a healthier lifestyle making calorie conscience choices for their meals daily.
