Duck Dynasty star to speak in Memphis | Events

One of the stars of the cable TV show Duck Dynasty is coming to Memphis. Phil Robertson will speak at this year's Re:FUEL Memphis event. This is the fourth year for the men's conference. 

Robertson founded  the Duck Commander Company in 1973.  The company makes duck calls, and Robertson's family makes for great TV.  If you've seen the show, you know each episode ends with a prayer as Phil and his family gather around a  table.  

Robertson attributes the success of his company and his life to his passion for God and duck hunting.  

Robertson will tell his story at the Re:FUEL conference in April.  

This year's conference will focus on helping men stop behavior that hurts their relationship with God: Isolation, being too busy, addiction and control. 

The conference is scheduled for April 19th from 4pm to 10:30pm at 1100 Cherry Road (Harding Academy of Memphis) . 

The evening will include Robertson and other inspirational speakers, a BBQ dinner, musical entertainment, and workshops.
