The 2012 Vesta Home Show kicks off this weekend in Germantown and is sure to be a big hit. After a two year drought due to the ecomonic recession that devestated the Home Building Industry, the Memphis Area Home Builders Association (MAHBA) is pleased to announce the return of the Vesta Home Show.
The chosen site for this years event is the St.James Place nestled in the heart of Germantown, TN. The intimate, gated 12 lot subdivision on Forest Hill Irene Road features 5 of MAHBA's Certified Green Professional Registered Builders. Each one built their own uniquely designed, energy efficient certified homes on the 1 acre lots. The 5 featured homes are a minimum of 4,500 square feet and priced from $675,000 to 750,000.
The homes feature the latest in construction technology, hottest decorating trends, most of which are from right here in the Midsouth and the newest appliances and furniture.
MAHBA is pleased to announce a new partnership with the Down Syndrome Association of the Memphis and Midsouth. For this Vesta Home Shoe the DSA will provide resources to help produce the show and even get a portion of the show revenues. The hope is this partnership will bring attention and focus to Down Syndrome .
The event runs October 6 through October 28th and is open from Tuesday till Sunday . For more information www.vestahomeshow.com
