MEMPHIS, TN- (WMC-TV) - A Germantown man was arrested after a standoff with police Sunday.
Jean Rashad Dailey was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
Investigators said Dailey got into a fight with his brother at a home off Hacks Cross and Ridgetown.
A SWAT team surrounded the home after learning Dailey may have been inside the house armed with weapons.
"As a precaution, we called our tactical unit and negotiators," said Inspector Frank Hester with Germantown police. "The tactical unit approached the house with a bear cat, got on the PA, and the subject gave up without incident."
