Germantown’s Open City Hall, a new online program used to solicit citizen input and feedback on important city topics, is making it easy for residents to connect with the Board of Mayor and Aldermen. The first question, “what do you think would make Germantown a better place to live,” closed on Wednesday. Forty-three participants posted suggestions on topics including sidewalks, restaurants, trash cans, the need for a botanic garden and more. Nineteen comments addressed schools. All were complied into a report that was distributed to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen.
